Dry Ice Blasting / Cryogenic Cleaning

Dry ice cleaning offers a gentle, adjustable and highly effective method of cleaning old buildings and structures. It is powerful, efficient and non abrasive so will not damage surfaces. Will remove paint, mould, smoke residue, glues and sealants to years of general grime, scum and carbon build-up from many surfaces.

Dry ice blast can be effectively used on any food contact surfaces, farm equipment or any support equipment. It is effective in confined spaces, such as tanks, silos, storage containers, and any other hard to reach areas that must be kept clean.

Cold Jet dry ice blasting uses compressed air to accelerate frozen carbon dioxide (CO2) "dry ice" pellets to a high velocity. A compressed air supply of 80 PSI/50 scfm can be used in this process. Pellets are made from food grade carbon dioxide that has been specifically approved by the FDA, the EPA and the USDA.

Dry Ice Blasting/Cryogenic Cleaning is perfect for use in Food Production, Hospitals, Aerospace, Rail and Marine, Foundries, Power Plants.

Eco-friendly Dry Ice Blast Cleaning within all types of industrial and domestic environments.

Dry Ice Blasting is extremely safe for using in food factories and farming environments.

The results of Dry Ice Blasting on machinery is phenomenal, leaving it looking like new.

Dry Ice Blasting uses solid CO2 pellets (known as dry ice). Dry Ice Pellets sublimate upon impact with the surface to be cleaned meaning the pellets convert directly from a solid to a vapour leaving a clean, dry surface with no residue.

Dry Ice Blasting can clean machinery and clean electrical, and can be cleaned in situ meaning machinery can still be in operation during cleaning to keep downtime to a minimum.

Dry ice cleaning is able to get into tight confined spaces that are inaccessible by hand, conducting a more detailed and quicker clean.

Dry ice blasting is safe around electrical components- there is no need to cover electrical components as this method is free from moisture.

Dry ice blasting is non-abrasive. It quickly removes most contaminates without damage to switches, panels, lines, tubes, wiring or belts.
